It contains your rights, responsibilities and important information regarding the return of products purchased through this site.
Buyer Parties: Meltek Fashion World Toptan Tekstil customers who are active members of www.mfw.com.tr and shop on the site. Product Options Exchange request for products purchased from Meltek Fashion World Toptan Tekstil is valid if damaged products have been sold and stocks are limited.
The change request must be sent within 2 (two) business days from the day your order is received and in accordance with the conditions defined in the "Product Return Conditions" section of this document.
Since the final products cannot be changed, the product price will be reflected in your account.
Right of Withdrawal The Buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) days from the delivery of the contractual product or products to the person/organization at the address he/she gave while registering on the website of the person/organization.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is obligatory to notify [email protected] by e-mail within 7 (seven) days, that the product has not been used in any way and its packaging has not been opened.
In exercising this right, the original product invoice transferred to the third party or the buyer must also be returned.
The product is returned to the SELLER within 7 (seven) days following the receipt of the withdrawal notification.
If the products are checked for damage within the same period, the processes are started under the heading "Return Process Steps".

Provided that the following conditions are met, you can return damaged, defective and missing products within 2 (two) business days from the date of receipt of your order.
If you claim that the order you have received contains damaged products, it is important that you notify us within 2 (two) working days at the latest.

Conditions for product return:

• Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your credit card or account.
• Meltek Fashion World Toptan Tekstil is not responsible for when the relevant payment system will be returned to the buyer. The legal responsibility of Meltek Fashion World Toptan Tekstil is the day the return order is sent to the relevant payment system.
• If there is a delayed return on your account or credit card, you can get detailed information from your bank by using the return transaction number in the notification e-mail sent to you.
• If the original invoice is not sent, VAT or other possible legal liabilities cannot be refunded to the buyer. The buyer shall pay the export, delivery and delivery costs of the returned product, the bank charges for the return and the intermediation costs of other payment systems.
Steps in the Return Process;
1 - The customer may request a refund within 7 days, limited to the above.

5 - The result of the evaluation will be notified in writing to the customer's e-mail address.
